UK Delivery Only

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. While we would love to send our coffee further afield, we are focusing on providing the best possible service across the UK for now.

Order Processing Times

Orders are processed on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays).

  • Orders placed before 3:00pm (Monday to Friday) are typically processed the same day, but we cannot guarantee that.
  • Orders placed after 3:00pm, on weekends, or during Bank Holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Options & Timeframes

We offer delivery via Royal Mail and selected courier services, depending on the option chosen at checkout.

Royal Mail Deliveries

  • Aim: Next working day delivery after dispatch.
  • Please note this is not guaranteed and delays can occasionally occur, particularly during busy periods.
  • For added peace of mind, tracked services are available.

Courier Deliveries

  • Orders must be placed before 12:00pm (Monday to Friday) for same-day processing.
  • Orders placed after this time will be processed the next working day.
  • Delivery times vary depending on the courier selected and will be shown at checkout.

Busy Periods & Delays

During peak times, such as Christmas, major sales events, or periods following Bank Holidays, delivery services may take longer than usual. While we always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, external delays are sometimes beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery method and order size.

Order Tracking

Where a tracked delivery option is selected, you will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched so you can follow its journey to your door.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please allow a little extra time during busy periods. If it is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, contact us and we will do our best to help resolve the issue quickly.

Incorrect Address Details

Please ensure your delivery details are accurate at checkout. We cannot take responsibility for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
