Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with every order you place with us. Whether it is coffee, gifts or equipment, we will always do our best to put things right if something is not as expected. The details below explain how returns and refunds work for both consumable and non-consumable items.

Non-Consumable Goods

If you have purchased equipment or other non-consable items and they are not quite right, you may return them within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.
  • Original packaging must be intact and included.
  • We much be informed within 14 days of receiving your order.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or develops a fault within a reasonable period, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange a return or collection at no cost to you and offer either a replacement or a full refund.

Changed Your Mind

If you would like to return an item that is not faulty:

  • You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.
  • Refunds will be processed once the item has been received and inspected.

Consumable Goods (Coffee & Other Perishables)

Coffee is a fresh product and we take great care in roasting and packing every order. Because of this, we can only offer refunds or replacements in specific situations.

Damaged or Faulty Coffee

  • If your coffee arrives damaged, defective, or in poor condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • We may ask for photos to help us understand the issue.
  • Once confirmed, we will offer a replacement or a refund.

Taste Preference

Taste can be personal, and brewing methods can affect the final cup. For this reason, we are not able to offer refunds or replacements based on taste preference alone.

How to Start a Return or Report an Issue

If you need to return an item or report a problem, please contact us using our contact form with your order details. We will guide you through the next steps.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow a few working days after we receive your return for the refund to be processed.
  • Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to complete the transaction.

Exclusions

  • We cannot accept returns on consumable goods unless they are faulty or damaged.
  • Items returned outside of the stated return period may not be accepted.
