If you’ve got any gear or faulty items that need to find their way back to us, just make sure they’re in tip-top shape and still lounging around in their original packaging. Oh, and remember, we’ve got a bit of a time frame on this – make sure you get those returns back to us within 14 days of nabbing them.

Now, for the not-so-fun part: if it’s not a faulty item, you’ll need to cover the shipping fees. Don’t forget to grab some proof of sending, too! But hey, if it’s our bad and the item’s got a hiccup, we’ll sort out the pickup with our trusty courier. We’ll even pencil in a collection time that suits you. Easy peasy, right?

But here’s the catch, dear coffee connoisseur: since our beans are the star of the show and are meant to be savored, we’re only dishing out replacements or refunds for faulty or damaged coffee. If your brew doesn’t quite hit the spot, just give us a shout within 24 hours of its grand arrival.
